The boutique shop Extra Butter has teamed up with Adidas to create a brand new sneaker—Alphabounce Beyond.
As part of the collaboration, they’ve created a crazy pop-up space in the Lower East Side that looks more like you’re stepping into an experimental lab than a shoe store.
The Alphabounce Beyond sneakers will be available exclusively at the pop-up shop on 101 Stanton Street. Extra Butter has also made it possible for guests to be able test out the sneakers on a Woodway treadmill, as a complimentary service, and enjoy the benefits of a recovery space. Here there will be yoga sessions, runs, and a 20-minute session of NormaTex leg compression on offer.
According to Sneaker News, the pop-up is inspired by VO2 Max training which “measures the amount of oxygen that someone can utilize during an intense exercise session.”
The Extra Butter x Adidas Alphabounce Beyond pop-up is currently running and will open until Friday March 23.
