The pet-friendly residence (the pet policy allows a maximum of one dog up to 45 pounds at full growth, with certain breed restrictions) features modern apartments sprinkled with urban sophistication. Units feature washers, dryers, and dishwashers, high-end kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, and smart controls for heating and cooling.

Interested residents have until May 27th, 2025 to apply. The lottery doesn’t require deposits or application fees and rent includes all utilities (gas stove and electricity including electric hot water and heat). 20% of the building’s units are preferred to go to Manhattan Community Board 3 residents, 5% of the units are preferred for NYC employees, while 2% is for vision/hearing and 5% for mobility.
