The friendly neighborhood restaurant Sunday in Brooklyn is bringing back their cleverly-named “Snowday in Brooklyn” pop-up, complete with a delightful après ski lodge theme.
Full of festive decor and furry blankets on the chairs, a warm fire in the hearth, and the most adorable drinks (take a look at the frozen Polar Bear Club served in a honey jar below!), it’s definitely a spot to add to your holiday to-do list.
The pop-up experience opened Nov. 25 and runs through the end of December, Sunday-Thursday from 5-11pm and Friday-Saturday from 5pm – 12am. You can make a reservation via Resy, but most of the seating will be allocated for walk-ins.
The drink menu includes favorites like Partridge In A Pear Tree with Tequila Reposado, Pear Brandy, Amontillado Sherry, Grapefruit, Lime, Celery Root and Cinnamon.
And the frozen Polar Bear Club with Cachaca, Aquavit, Banana, Pineapple, Coconut and Lime.
Plus there are new additions like the Bad Krampus with Bourbon, Cognac, Becherovka, Allspice, Coffee Stout Reduction and Flamed Absinthe.
There will also be a food menu of a la carte snacks like Raclette Beer Cheese Fondue with focaccia, pears, apples and seasonal vegetables; popcorn with garlic, cheese, black pepper; and patatas bravas with smoked pimenton aioli.
