Get ready for the cuteness overload! Earlier today, hundreds of devilishly dressed doggies took over Tompkins Square Park…well, the East River Amphitheater this year. This years pooches raised the bar on creativity. Come take a look!
If you’re the kind of person that get’s a kick out of fashionably dressed dogs, then parks were the place to be today. After difficulties with funding an liability issues, Tompkins Square Park’s annual halloween dog parade nearly didn’t happen, but thankfully for all of us the venue was changed and the show was back on. At noon today, the best dressed pups around the city—and their owners—came together at the East River Park Amphitheater for the 28th Annual Halloween Dog Parade.
Hundreds of dogs dressed up in all kinds of creative costumes had their five minutes of fame, and some of these owner spent months creating these spectacular costumes. The Mad Hatter one took two month to create by hand! And naturally, it won best costume.
But our personal favorites? …it’s too hard to call. Which one is yours?
