The Annual Tribeca Food Festival is a public school fundraiser based around delicious cuisine and supporting the arts and enrichment programs at PS150 and PS234. Check it out later this month!
Talk about community initiatives, the Tribeca Food Festival is a near quarter century old tradition based around supporting local public schools. Produced by parents with the support of local restaurants and other sponsors, the event will be kicking off rain or shine May 19th from 11:30 am until 3pm.

Proceeds from the event go to instrumental lessons, chess lessons, modern and ballroom dance instruction, storytelling workshops, and museum collaborations for kids. You can get your tickets here. The two options include a General Taste Ticket which includes six tastes from the entire festival as well as one drink and two beer tastes or the Premium Option which in addition to the above includes a reserved seat, food runners, and a gift bag with special merchandise.
