With spooky season creeping up on us, what better way to celebrate trickery than solving your way out of a corn maze?! Bring family and friends for a day of trial and error as you navigate your way through corn as far as the eye can see at these corn mazes near New York City.
1. Queens County Farm Museum, Queens
The Amazing Maize Maze at Queens County Farm is back again this year, and it’s is open now through October 26. Along your way through this 3-acre maze you must solve puzzles, uncover clues, and find your way out of the maze. This year’s maze design is a butterfly in the cornfield, in honor of the farm’s designation as a Certified Monarch Waystation.
For more adventurous-goers, try the nighttime special called Maze By Moonlight where you have your chance of escaping the maze once it gets dark out (only happening twice this year).
The maze is open Fridays (2 – 5:30 pm), Saturdays – Sundays (11 am – 4:30 pm) and tickets are $14 for adults, $10 for kids, and free for ages under 3. Learn more about The Amazing Maize Maize here!

2. Stony Hill Farms, NJ
You’re sure to get lost in this 10-acre corn maze packed with misleading walkways and bridges throughout. In addition, there are games positioned throughout the maze as you try and discover its annual theme. Don’t worry if you get completely lost because you can always call or locate a Maze Master! This maze is now open for the season.

3. Argos Farm, NJ
This farm is sure to offer you a fun-filled day with the family! Explore the 2-acre maze and celebrate making it out the other side with a delicious fresh donut. Their fall festival fun is open for the season through November 3. This year’s maze design is Peanuts-themed, and features Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang to celebrate its 75th anniversary! 4. Harbes Family Farm, Long Island
With three locations and three different mazes, Harbes Orchard will offer a variety of mazes to entertain you this fall. You can choose between the Wizard Of Oz Maze in Mattituck, or the Robin Hood Corn Maze in both Jamesport and Riverhead, both which are open now. And, for an extra scare, experience the orchard when it transforms into a Spooky Night Maze on Saturdays in October and one special Sunday night!

5. Kelder’s Farm, NY

10. Hank’s Pumpkintown, Long Island
Hank’s Pumpkintown is back this year and their 2024 maze design is to honor the Peanuts! Visitors can partake in various maze-themed activities, like playing a “finger funnies game,” earn an exit to the maze by solving Peanuts trivia, and casually strolling while hearing the story of Spookley the Square Pumpkin.

New Jersey’s Happy Day Farm just announced their 2024 corn mazes and let’s just say, we love them! That’s right, Happy Days actually has 2 corn mazes this year, including one Luke Bryan-themed maze and one Peanuts-themed maze to celebrate 75 years! The former is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while the later is open Saturday and Sundays (plus Fridays in October)! It’s officially open for the year you can learn more here.
