The new 2,500-square-foot, 110-seat restaurant is located at 834 Seventh Avenue—steeped in deli history as the former home of the Stage Deli, Carnegie’s longtime rival during the historic “pastrami wars.”

Founded in 1937, the deli reached global fame under Milton Parker in 1976. Now, Parker’s granddaughter, CEO Sarri Harper, is leading the revival.
