Calling All Yogis, The Summer Solstice In Times Square Is Happening This Week
Thousands of yoga lovers flock annually to Times Square for the Summer Solstice. Don’t miss your chance to join them.

A day of free yoga is happening this Thursday, June 21 in the middle of all the mayhem that is Times Square. If you’re into big yoga events, this is your chance to participate in one of the biggest New York has to offer. This year the event is sponsored by Aerie and classes are taking place from 7:30 am until 8:45 pm.

You can find these classes at the intersection of Broadway and Seventh Ave between 42nd and 45th Streets. Make sure to register here to secure your spot and to get a free yoga mat while they last! Check out the schedule below:

7:30am—8:30am: instructed by Douglass Stewart (YogaWorks, Ishta)

9:30am—10:30am: instructed by Jodie Ruffy (YogaWorks)

11:30am—12:30pm: #AerieREAL Empowered Flow with Catherine Gignac

1:30pm—2:30pm: Donna Rubin, Jen Lobo & Friends (bodē nyc)

5:30pm—6:30pm: instructed by Amy Pearce-Hayden (Yoga International)
