The countdown to the 2026 FIFA World Cup is ticking, and the announcements for the big tournament are continuing to roll out!
Announced this week, a massive free fan zone is taking over Brooklyn Bridge Park this summer, and the programming is completely stacked.
The biggest news is that GRAMMY nominated superstar PinkPantheress is slated to headline a live performance right on the waterfront.
This sprawling 25,000 square foot hub is transforming the park into the ultimate free hangout spot for the entire tournament.
Between epic live performances, outdoor watch parties, and incredible local food, this is about to be the undeniable epicenter of summer in NYC.

Live music and waterfront watch parties
While the actual matches will bring the heat to the local stadiums, the real cultural party is happening right in Brooklyn.
The organizers are pulling out all the stops to make sure New Yorkers can celebrate the global action without spending a dime.
The absolute highlight of the programming is the live music.
Fans can expect a massive free concert from the one and only PinkPantheress, who is guaranteed to bring her infectious club pop energy to the waterfront.
Rap phenom Larry June is also on the roster to keep the vibes going strong.
It’s the perfect excuse to gather your friends, grab a cold drink from the beer garden, and enjoy world class entertainment with the Manhattan skyline as your backdrop.
Interactive pitches, vintage gear, and local eats
This sprawling activation is an official collaboration with the NYNJ Host Committee and Adidas. They are bringing way more to the table than just a big screen for the games.
Up to 3,500 fans can pack into the space every single day, and the off pitch activities are just as exciting as the matches themselves.
Local food and drink vendors are curating special menus for the crowds.
You will also find a dedicated beer garden for the 21 and over crowd, plus custom Coca Cola airstreams and live DJ sets from Bronx native DJ Whutever.
If you want to get active, you can test your skills on a custom built soccer pitch hosting live tournaments and pickup games.
For the collectors out there, a special marketplace called Stripes Exchange will feature vintage items and exclusive gear drops.
You can even create your very own personalized trading cards at the Panini station or catch a special movie screening right on the lawn.
You can check out the full breakdown of hub activities via the official announcement.the official RSVP and entry details as we get closer to June.
