Brookfield Place has officially turned its iconic Winter Garden into a sprawling indoor soccer sanctuary called Match Day Live.
Running right now through July 19, this three-week festival brings the global energy of the tournament straight to Lower Manhattan. And the best part? It is completely free and open to the public.
Here is what you can expect when you visit this indoor soccer paradise.
Catch all the live action
During Match Day Live, every game feels like a home game. The grand indoor atrium has been reimagined with a large-format viewing experience.
Fans can gather to watch 22 pivotal matches, covering everything from the Round of 32—which is happening right now—all the way to the highly anticipated Tournament Final.
Daily festivities run from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to soak up the stadium atmosphere without the sunburn.
Grab a cold one at the Garden Bar
Watching soccer is thirsty work. Fortunately, the Garden Bar presented by Stella Artois serves as the central gathering space for the event.
This premium viewing oasis offers cold beers and a dedicated food menu. It is the perfect spot to celebrate a victory or commiserate over a tough loss with fellow New Yorkers.
Step onto the indoor pitch
If watching the pros inspires you to play, you are in luck. Brookfield Place has built a massive indoor turf pitch right inside the Winter Garden.
It is hosting a packed schedule of high-energy pickup games, youth soccer clinics, and fitness sessions, rain or shine. You can even test your skills in a state-of-the-art digital target practice zone.
It features a cutting-edge LED goal system that tracks your ball speed and placement against a reactive virtual goalkeeper.
Hit the gaming zone
Just steps away from the pitch, The Arcade keeps the competition going off the field. This gaming zone features interactive experiences for all ages. You can challenge your friends to foosball, Subsoccer, virtual soccer gaming, or try your luck at a soccer-inspired claw machine.

Match Day Live is happening right now at 230 Vesey Street. With the tournament heating up, it is the premier destination for both die-hard fans and casual spectators to rally together.
