BroadwayCon has officially arrived in NYC, we are so excited for this incredible three-day theatre extravaganza! While there are so many experiences to look forward to throughout the weekend, some of the most highly anticipated are the appearances from Broadway stars themselves. This year’s BroadwayCon event will feature Tony Award winners including J. Harrison Ghee (Some Like It Hot) and Robert Lopez (Avenue Q, Frozen, The Book of Mormon), as well as cast members from WICKED, The Book of Mormon and other major Broadway productions.
On Friday, July 21, BroadwayCon will hold a “First Look,” giving fans an exclusive preview of new groundbreaking shows, with appearances from Back to the Future, Little Shop of Horrors, Rock & Roll Man and more. The full programming schedule for all three days can be found here!
Plus, as an add-on to the experience, convention-goers can meet their favorite stars via BroadwayCon Autograph and Photograph Sessions presented by Audience Rewards®! Actors available during these sessions include Jenn Colella, Anthony Rapp, Carolee Carmello, L Morgan Lee and Ben Cameron.
On July 22, Broadway fans will also have the opportunity to join WICKED and BroadwayCon for an evening filled with dancing and Broadway showtunes, including beloved hits from WICKED. This special Ozdust Ballroom event will include surprise appearances and live performances, a complimentary drink, giveaways for all attendees and more!
