1. Cathédrale, East Village

Cathédrale is nestled into The Moxy, East Village and we promise this stunning dining room is one Valentine’s Day date you’ll never forget. The French–and-Mediterranean restaurant is hosting “Week at Cathédrale” from February 10th – 16th, which includes a special V-Day $95 prix-fixe menu for couples.
It features a half dozen oysters person, the signature Epi baguette with rotisserie drippings, entrees like filet mignon or halibut, and mamie choclocate mousse. You can even add on caviar service, a pre-ordered hand-crafted chocolate box, and champagne.

2. Benoit, Midtown

This French bistro (complete with their stunning lush red booths) are serving a 5 course prix-fixe menu for lovers and friends for $125 per person. In addition to the tasting menu, you’re able to pair your meal with two optional tiers of wine pairing experiences, $110 or $150 per person. Check out the full menu here.

3. Benjamin Steakhouse

Get cozy with Benjamin Steakhouse’s Valentine’s Day pre-fixe menu. Choose from indulgent entrees like a Bone-In Rib Eye or Scottish Salmon and sip on a complimentary glass of champagne. Lovers can also order the Love Potion passionfruit cocktail to enjoy during the romantic evening, in addition to their bubbly toast. 4. The Butcher’s Daughter, NoLita & Williamsburg

For any vegetarians (or meat eaters who want something mind-blowing) The Butcher’s Daughter had us cleaning our plate and eating all of our veggies with their V-Day menu! Some options for the special day includes crispy sunchokes, a tender lion’s mane mushroom steak and a carbonara with crispy beet pepperoni (shout out to Chef Rae Kramer for making us like beets!). Where else can you find a Valentine’s Day menu with these kinds of gluten-free and vegan options?
The delicious mocktail, Twilight Tonic is a mystical purple shade and so refreshing. Don’t get us started on desserts and the cocktails! Snag the pre-fixe for $45 per person which comes with complimentary bubbles (add a wine pairing for $20).

5. The Queensboro, Jackson Heights
This neighborhood staple is serving up some goodness this Valentine’s Day! The pre-fixe menu is $82 per person and you can choose from octopus tostadas, a crispy brussel sprout salad, crudo and more for your appetizer. For the main course, pick from a mushroom lasagna with truffle sauce, a roasted pork loin, braised beef or steelhead trout, (we’ll take all please)! Dessert options are incredibly enticing, choose from a saffron cheesecake, raspberry rose pavlova and more!

6. Musket Room, NoLita

For Valentine’s Day this year, Musket Room will be featuring a luxurious seasonal 7-course tasting menu from Executive Chef Mary Attea. Along with decadent supplements like Kumamoto Oyster with blood orange, yuzu, and daikon, Vol-Au-Vent with langoustine and sunchokes, and Soba Noodle with uni and shiso, they’ll also have Ice Cream Cones for dessert.
It’s $165 per person for the dinner, and the menu is being served on February 14th and 15th!

7. Allure, Upper West Side

Prepare to be “allured” at this divine restaurant and cocktail lounge located inside the historic Hotel Belleclaire. The restaurant will be open for regular bookings as well as a special pre-fixed menu ($95 pp) including Grilled Prawns, Roasted Chicken, Rainbow Trout, and more. 8. Delmonico’s, FiDi

Beloved steakhouse Delmonico’s is hosting its annual Valentine’s Day dinner, with a one-day only menu debuting on February 14th. The 4 course, $205 per person menu will feature Hamachi Crudo, Filet Mignon, Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye, A Valentine’s Day Baked Alaska, and many more other options! 9. Nerai, Midtown

Enjoy a romantic evening surrounded by rose petals and the soft glow of candlelight Nerai, where they’ll be serving a 4-course prix fixe menu at $140 per person. The menu will consist of black bass crudo, warm king crab with citrus and fennel, fresh squid ink pasta with Maine lobster, seared scallops in a red pepper-paprika sauce, and filet mignon with lemon potato pomana and crispy parsnips, to name a few.

10. Le Jardinier, Midtown

Michelin-starred Le Jardinier will be offering a unique pair of Valentine’s day dinner experiences as well a Valentine’s Day lunch. The four course dinner (Feb 14 + 15) includes King Crab, Atlantic red snapper, and raspberry cheesecake cremeux, while the lunch includes Maine scallops, grilled beef tenderloin, and many more options.

11. La Grande Boucherie, Midtown

This enchanting Valentine’s Day restaurant will make you feel like you’re dining in the heart of Paris! The charming brasserie is serving prix fixe menu for $145 per person, featuring dishes featuring the executive chef’s favorite dishes. 14. Emmett’s on Grove, West Village

We have the best pizza date idea! The only Chicago-style pizzerias in New York— Emmett’s and Emmett’s on Grove are serving heart-shaped pies by requests for Valentine’s Day! Guests can order up tavern-style thin crust pies for $30, as well as a la carte favorites to make for the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner.

16. Baar Baar, East Village

This East Village spot will be serving a 3-course prix-fixe menu for $75 per person (which includes surprise extras like a glass of bubbles and chocolate dipped strawberries). Menu highlights include Butter Squash Shorba, Tandoori Lamb Chop, Butter Chicken, and a whole lot more. There’s an additional wine pair available as well at $39.

17. Fouquet’s New York, Tribeca

Fouquet’s New York is offering an utterly romantic culinary experience this Valentine’s Day. In terms of the dinner, a 3-course $195 meal is in order consisting of delectable bites like Beef Tartare Tart, Lobster Ravioli, and more.
They’ll also be hosting a special V-Day dinner on the 14th ($250 per person) that includes a viewing of “The Notebook” with dinner, as well as a delightful pop-up shop with curated gifts called Fouquet’s Love Shack.

18. Sake No Hana, Bowery

Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day, I can’t recommend Sake No Hana enough! This upscale, subterranean Japanese restaurant invites New Yorkers on a trip to Tokyo with unforgettable sake tastings and menu offerings.
From February 11th – 15th, 2025, Sake No Hana will be serving Valentine’s Day exclusives, including Hamachi Crudo with hearts of palm, serrano chili, and winter citrus ponzu, a Strawberry Parfait add-on and pre-ordered hand-crafted chocolate boxes ($25).
Diners can also indulge in the 4-course “Taste of Sake No Hana” menu at Restaurant Week pricing ($60). We sampled this earlier in January and I’m still dreaming of the A5 Kata Sankaku Shoulder. —Justine Golata, Senior Staff Writer

19. The Golden Swan, West Village

The Golden Swan welcomes a decadent a la carte menu (under the watchful eye of Chef Doug Brixton) that complements the exquisite dining room quite elegantly. Expect dishes ranging from Oysters Rockefeller with creamy spinach and bacon to house-made taglioni with truffle fondue, dayboat scallops with lobster orzo, and dover sole with sauce Meunière.
Not to mention speciality drinks like the “Kisses on the Vine” and “Bubbles of Love” are on the cocktail menu, and even a Chocolate Peanut Butter “Candy Bar” is available for dessert. What a treat.

21. Santi, Midtown East

Santi just opened its doors back in October, and they’re already making our list of must-visits for Valentine’s Day! Michelin-starred Chef Michael White is curating a four-course prix fixe menu ($195 per person) which includes a crudo tasting (King Ora Salmon, Bluefin Tuna, Madai, and Montauk Red Shrimp), filet mignon as a main course, and Baba au Rhum with citrus and tonka bean for dessert. You’ve to see what all the hype’s about.

22. BRASS, NoMad

BRASS was one of our favorite new restaurants from 2024, and its because of both the transformative dining room and excellent food. Its location inside The Evelyn Hotel makes it feel super New York-y…massive skylights and live music on a piano to name a few features.
For Valentine’s Day, they’ll be offering a special menu of sunchoke and maitake pithivier with truffles, braised short rib with wine sauce, and a lobster gnudi. It’s the most romantic place to converse over candlelight and live piano tunes.

23. The Fulton, Seaport

What could be more romantic than a Valentine’s Day dinner on the waterfront?! The Fulton in The Seaport is our go-to spot by the water…and luckily this year they’re serving up a four-course prix fixe menu ($168 per person) for the occasion. Menu highlights include a Petite Seafood Plateau (oysters, shrimp cocktail, sashimi), Maine Diver Scallops, Spaghetti alle Vongole, and Chocolate Ganache Cake. Just think of those Brooklyn Bridge views!

24. Loreley Beer Garden, Lower East Side

LES favorite Loreley Beer Garden is going all out on romantic décor for Valentine’s Day with 10,000 red rose petals decorating the tables indoors and the outdoor heated garden in the midst of their Winter Lodge pop-up. While you take in the atmosphere, enjoy their V-Day a la carte menu that will include special Heart Shaped Pretzels, Cupid’s Espresso Martinis, and happy hour from 5 – 7 pm. Book your Valentine’s Day dinner at this Chelsea rooftop bar, who recently just introduced their festive “Flurry Lounge.” Sandbar’s festive space is a cute date night…offering yummy seasonal bites like cheesy fondue and make-your-own s’mores while you sip on winter cocktails and mocktails.
The heated, glass-enclosed lounge feels like you’re dining in a festive snow globe…all while of course taking in the romantic skyline views of NYC.

26. Love by Britto, Chelsea

A brand new pop-up restaurant at sea is here during Valentine’s Day, in collaboration with Princess Cruises! Love by Britto is the newest romantic eatery on the West Side that’s serving up waterfront views, a chef-curated five-course menu, heart-inspired cocktails, and the iconic artistry of Romero Britto.
The stunning restaurant will be open for TWO NIGHTS ONLY (Feb 13 + 14), with one single seating each night from 7 – 9:30 pm. Guests can enjoy a $214 prix fixe with appetizer, main, dessert, and Pantalones Organic Tequila cocktails…all served on vibrant dinnerware featuring Britto‘s art with heart-folded napkins and even delicate cutlery with heart-shaped cutouts.
