The golden state is bringing a bit of its sunshine (and caffeine) to NYC this weekend, just in time for the end of our sunniest season.
Los Angeles based coffee shop Community Goods has built a following for its specialty drinks, ceremonial-grade matcha, and distinctly California take on a neighborhood café. Now, it’s heading east for a few days, bringing that same menu—and a collection of exclusive SKIMS merchandise to our favorite city.
☕️ Meet Community Goods, the viral L.A. café coming to NYC
That distinctly L.A. combination of good coffee, quality matcha, and an easygoing café atmosphere is what put Community Goods on the map. The café now has two Los Angeles locations, where its menu stretches from espresso and ceremonial-grade matcha to sandwiches, pastries, and brunch staples.
Some of its most recognizable drinks include the Vanilla Bean Latte, Einspänner Latte, Rocky’s Matcha, and Vic’s Café Con Leche. The Einspänner is particularly beloved, pairing double espresso with sea-salt cream and a dusting of cocoa.
Food is just as much a part of the experience, from pistachio toast with house-made pistachio spread and honey to banana bread, chia pudding, sandwiches, and rotating pastries.
