Is 200 Amsterdam Avenue about to host the most contradictory building project in the history of NYC? Yes of course it is!
The building will be 400,000 square feet, with 51 floors, 112 residences averaging over 3,000 square feet apiece.
The site where the tallest Upper West Side building will be built, first held a synagogue. In 2015 SJP Properties acquired the splce for $275 million. The funny thing about the project is that the building will be 666-feet tall, which is the representative number of the devil.
The Illuminati are back in the game… Even though the haters will say that it isn’t true.
