The American Museum of Natural History is opening its doors for a gigantic a slumber party for two dates this spring. Here are all the details.
If you’ve ever indulged the fantasy of hiding out in the bathroom past closing time in the American Museum of Natural History this will interest you. Imagine how wonderful it would be to wander the halls and check out all the exhibits without the white noise of hundreds of barking tourists. Well, on May 5 and June 30 the museum is offering the chance to do just that.
It only gets better, the sleepover is strictly for adults only (ages 21 and over). You get the chance to enjoy the museum, and eventually a good night’s sleep under the foot-long blue whale in the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life
All guests are treated to a champagne reception, live music by the 12th Night Jazz Trio in the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Hall, a buffet dinner, evening snack and a light breakfast snack. Check out the Museum’s website for more info, you’ll have to be fast, tickets will sell out quickly.
